So I got back safe and ticket free from the Moto GP races in Monterey, man what a good time!
The ride up PCH was very scenic, tight corners and intermittant slow moving traffic definitely put a damper on the speed, but the top down-sun shine, and tunes blasting definitely made up for it. The fastest that I got up to was about 140mph, which I think was fairly conservative...
While I was there I got to meet up with Gary and his dad for Dinner which was great. The wife and I spent some time at the Hyatt spa, and enjoyed yet another year fantastic racing at Laguna Seca. Good times.
