Unless it's needed for the basecoat I don't have any silver powdercoated stuff, just the candy red. I decided I'm getting those rearsets, but I might want to go with a black/red contrast. It won't be until July or August when I have some funds freed up.

The candy red requires a base coat. Usually it is either a sparkle silver (lots of metal flake) or a smooth "chrome" color powder coat (really just a silver without metal flake.)


If it were me, I would just leave them black.
