I forgot to update my progress yesterday. I disconnected the PC Sunday and it ran like DOGSHIT!! until I turned it off for a minute and fired it back up. Good news, looks like I might have found the problem. Bad news, I am in the market for a ECU now.

Yeah, new ECU's are not cheap but like Jim says, you can find deals for them on ebay or even racing forums like the wera bbs. I just sold a race ECU I had on my 636 for like $250 bucks.
